I am very serious about advancing my career as a Professional Plus-Size Model and BBW advocate. I very strongly believe that beauty should be showcased at all sizes and I look forward to magazines and the media showing more women representative of society in the upcoming years.

I guess I should tell you a little about my vital statistics. ( I am 29 years old (look 22-35), 5'10" with collar-length wavy, thick strawberry blonde hair (lots of styles, fair skin, and golden brown eyes. I wear a size 1X-2X dress depending on designer and generally a size 9 1/2-10M shoe. I have a heart-pounding smile and a heart of gold. I'm easy to work with, have lots of animated poses, am very professional and I'm innovative, creative and bright. (This may sound a bit like bragging but with 10 years of sales experience in the competitive placement industry, I learned if you want to get ahead, you have to be confident, self-starting and you have to sell yourself.)

My experience includes fashion shows, tearoom modeling, a little print (June/July 1997 issues of Oooo Baby Baby Magazine), participation in a TV Film Documentary, "More is Beautiful" (coming out internationally in late 1997). I've been on TV and radio before (would be super for voice-overs)and have been in 5 community theatre musicals and three plays. Notable roles were Maria in Sound of Music, Annie in Annie Get Your Gun, Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof, Rizzo in Grease and Miss Hannigan in Annie.

My looks range from corporate to sporty, young mom to sultry tigress, catalog "girl next door" to editorial fashion and glamour. I am very comfortable speaking in public and have been a spokesperson at many conventions.

I love bowling professionally. It’s terrific to travel around the country, meet super people, bowl in pro-ams and have the opportunity to "be my own boss" and compete in something I truly enjoy. I have always advocated for others to go for their dreams and I will continue to encourage others until the day I die. As I sign in my programs books, "if you believe it, you can achieve it! GO FOR YOUR DREAMS!"

As you can see Karen is also a professional bowler, click
